Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 11 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 86 "An Act approving and                                                                               
         ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska                                                               
         to Flint Hills Resources Alaska, LLC; and providing
